What to expect
- About 10–15 minutes. You can pause and return; your progress is saved in the portal.
- Only relevant questions. The interview adapts to your loan purpose and situation.
- Upload from any device. Snap photos of documents with your phone or upload files from a computer.
- You choose when to authorize credit. Nothing is pulled until you approve it in the application.
What to have handy
You don't need everything to start, but these help you finish faster:
- Basic contact information and the property address (if you have one).
- Employment and income details.
- Recent pay stubs, bank statements, and identification, if available.
